Vicolo Via Mameli – The Spirit of V.VM

Vicolo Via Mameli was born from our love of exploring dimly lit, beautiful alleyways - those hidden corners of Italian historic city centers that feel a world apart from the bustle of commercial streets. Our shop is a reflection of the lifestyle we cherish: functional, simple, and relaxed, always welcoming, with nature ever-present.

Inspired by American Shaker culture and our passion for candlelight, we opened Vicolo Via Mameli to create a space where timeless aesthetics and honest materials take center stage. We began by producing our own hand-dipped beeswax candles, American quilt blankets, and table linens, each piece crafted to bring warmth and authenticity to everyday life.

Through the patina of antiques and the beauty of handmade goods, we’ve focused our shop on living simply and appreciating everything around us. We believe in living slowly and carefully, encouraging awareness and a step back from excessive consumption.
