The Role

This role sits at the heart of V.VM, connecting our creative vision with the practical work required to bring each collection, campaign and customer experience to life.

As our Brand Operations & Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the founders to ensure every collection, campaign and customer experience is delivered with care and precision.

You will become the person who keeps projects moving, suppliers informed, launches organised and the day-to-day operations running smoothly—allowing the founders to focus on creative direction, product development and the long-term vision of the brand.

No two days will be the same. One morning you may be coordinating a new ceramics production with artisans, while the afternoon is spent preparing wholesale orders, updating our website or organising samples for an upcoming launch.

If you enjoy bringing order to creative businesses, you'll thrive in this role.


Responsibilities

You'll support the business across a broad range of operational and brand activities, including:

• Coordinating production schedules with artisans and suppliers
• Managing supplier communication and project follow-up
• Preparing purchase orders and monitoring inventory
• Coordinating wholesale orders and trade enquiries
• Updating products, collections and content on Shopify
• Managing website merchandising and product launches
• Coordinating packaging and product logistics
• Organising shipping, deliveries and sample management
• Supporting customer service and retail operations
• Maintaining launch calendars and project timelines
• Assisting with general operational and administrative projects across the business

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, detail-oriented and genuinely excited by beautifully made products.

You are someone who:

• Is exceptionally organised and proactive
• Remains calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems
• Has excellent written and spoken English
• Speaks fluent Italian and English
• Has experience in premium retail, interiors, fashion, hospitality or a related creative industry
• Appreciates craftsmanship, design and beautiful objects
• Is comfortable working with Shopify, spreadsheets and project management tools
• Enjoys working in a small team where every contribution matters

We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and detail-oriented Seasonal Shop Sales Assistant to join our Milan team during the autumn and holiday season.


The Role

As a V.VM Milan Shop Sales Assistant, you will represent the brand and create a memorable experience for every customer who enters our boutique.

Milan is an international city of design, fashion and creativity. We are looking for someone who understands contemporary aesthetics, enjoys engaging with a diverse clientele and can communicate the story and values behind each V.VM collection.

You will help customers discover our products, support daily store operations and contribute to creating a beautiful and inspiring retail environment.


Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a personalised shopping experience
• Share the stories behind V.VM products, materials and craftsmanship
• Guide customers through collections including fragrance, ceramics, linens and home objects
• Support gifting conversations and holiday shopping
• Maintain beautiful product displays and store presentation
• Manage transactions and payments
• Support stock organisation and replenishment
• Prepare gift wrapping and special orders
• Assist with daily store operations
• Support seasonal launches and events

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about interiors, design, fashion and contemporary Italian culture
• Warm, confident and comfortable speaking with international customers
• Curious, articulate and able to tell the story behind a product
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
• Reliable, organised and professional

  Previous experience in premium retail, fashion, interiors, hospitality or luxury environments is appreciated.
  
  Fluent Italian is required. English is strongly preferred.

As a V.VM Florence Shop Sales Assistant, you will represent the brand by welcoming customers into the V.VM world and sharing the stories behind our collections.
Florence is a city of art, history and craftsmanship. We are looking for someone who appreciates Italian heritage, enjoys storytelling and can communicate the inspiration, materials and traditions behind our products. You will help customers discover meaningful objects for their homes, support daily boutique operations and create a welcoming atmosphere for both local and international visitors.
