The Bistrot Long is the longer, sleeker version of the Bistrot Rond. It was created for the restaurants in the Hôtel Amour & Grand Amour. At their request, it was designed to hold 1 1/2 liters which is more than a bottle of wine for it to breathe. It is also designed with a wide lip so the servers can carry multiple carafes between their fingers. Talk about efficiency! The Bistrot Long carafe is mouth-blown from transparent recycled glass by our master glassblowers.
